Dispatch and send stock in one step
When you dispatch an order, Rekon shows what the rider has free for it. If they are short, send the missing units from head office in the same step.
Delivered orders take the units off the rider’s balance. Failed deliveries stay with the rider until you retry or they bring the goods back.
Counts nobody can fake
In a blind count, the person counting never sees what the system expects. They enter what is on the shelf, and only the approver sees the difference.
Approved differences post as adjustments with the counter’s and approver’s names, so a count tells you something you can act on.

Can I track stock held by a logistics partner in another state?
Yes. Add the partner as a location. Stock you send them is theirs to account for, and your office records their deliveries and returns.
What if a rider receives less than was sent?
They confirm what actually arrived. The difference is held as a disputed transfer and an adjustment that a supervisor must approve, so the gap is never silently lost.
Can someone just change a stock number?
No. Stock is a record of movements, never an editable figure. Corrections are new entries that a second person approves, and the history stays.
How is stock valued?
At weighted average cost, updated each time you receive goods from a supplier, including goods still on their way to a rider.
