What is Rekon?
Rekon is an operations system for sellers who collect payment on delivery. It keeps orders, stock with riders, cash collected by riders and your profit in one place, so you can see where every order, unit and naira is.
Does it work when my riders have no data?
Yes. The rider app opens and records deliveries, failed attempts and cash sent to the office without a connection. Everything syncs when the phone is back online, and nothing is recorded twice.
Can I bring my orders from Sniper or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload the orders export from Sniper as it is, or fill in the Rekon CSV template. You see a preview with any problem rows before anything is saved, and importing the same file again does not create duplicates.
How much does it cost?

Who owns my customer data?
