A delivery list riders can use
Each delivery shows the customer, address, items and the amount to collect, with buttons to call or WhatsApp the customer.
- Delivered: amount collected and how they paid
- Failed: the reason, and a new date if the customer asked for one
- Stock received: count what arrived and report anything missing
Offline, and honest about it
When there is no network the app says so, and each action shows as saved on the phone until the server confirms it. Sending the same action twice is safe.
Signing out clears customer details from the phone.
Cash in the rider’s pocket, visible
Riders see the cash they hold with their fees already taken off, and send it to the office with a receipt photo. A rider who holds cash too long is told to send it before new deliveries arrive.
Call reps use the same app for today’s calls: log the outcome and confirm orders.

Do riders need to download anything?
No app store needed. Riders open the link on their phone, sign in and add it to their home screen. It opens like an app, even with no data.
What if two people change the same order while a rider is offline?
When the phone syncs, anything that no longer fits, such as a delivery recorded on an order the office cancelled, goes to a queue for a supervisor to apply or dismiss. Nothing is applied twice.
How do riders sign in?
With your workspace code, their phone number and a 6-digit PIN you set. Five wrong PINs lock the account for a while, or until an admin resets the PIN.
What can a rider see?
Their own deliveries with the amount to collect, stock they hold, stock on its way to them and their cash balance. No other money figures, and nothing about other riders.
