Sales tell you how busy you were. Profit tells you if it was worth it.
Rekon turns your orders, rider cash, expenses and stock into the three statements every business needs, and checks that they agree.
Three statements that balance
The income statement counts delivered orders, cost of goods, rider fees, failed trips, ad spend and expenses. Cash flow follows your bank and office cash. The balance sheet shows stock, cash with riders and what you owe suppliers.
Each statement comes with two checks: the balance sheet balances, and the cash flow ends on your actual bank and cash total.

Which product is worth advertising?
For each product: delivered orders, revenue, cost, rider fees, ad spend, cost per delivered order and return on ad spend. A product with good sales and a negative margin stands out.
- Daily ad spend by channel: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and more
- Expenses by category, paid from a bank account or office cash
- Mistakes are reversed, never deleted, and you can close the books up to a date

Your bank statement, matched for you
Upload the CSV statement from your internet banking. Rekon skips debits, never imports a line twice and suggests the remittance or customer transfer each credit belongs to.
A daily list shows what needs attention: cash held too long, transfers not seen in the bank, remittances waiting and credits not matched.

Questions sellers ask
Do I need an accountant to use this?
No. Rekon builds the statements from what already happens in your business: deliveries, remittances, expenses and stock. Your accountant will still find them useful, and they balance.
When does Rekon count a sale?
When the order is delivered. The cash counts when it lands in your bank or office cash, so you can see sales and cash separately and know the gap.
Can my marketer record ad spend without seeing my finances?
Yes. The marketer role can record daily ad spend by channel and product, and sees nothing else in finance.
Does Rekon file my taxes?
No. You can set a percentage of profit to set aside for tax, shown on the income statement. Ask your accountant for the right rate.
