Remittances with proof
Riders send cash from the app, even offline, with the transfer reference and a photo of the receipt. Your finance person confirms where it landed, or rejects it with a reason the rider can see.

Overdue cash stops new dispatches
When a rider holds cash past your limit, Rekon will not dispatch to them. The rider sees why on their phone, and your office sees it before choosing who to send an order to.
Questions sellers ask
My riders keep their fee before sending cash. Does that work?
Yes, with no setting to change. A rider’s balance is cash collected minus their fees minus what they sent. Keep the fee and send the rest, or send everything and be paid the fee: both settle to zero.
Can a rider send part of the cash?
Yes. Each transfer is recorded with its reference and an optional photo of the receipt. Sending more than they hold is refused.
Who confirms a remittance?
Someone with approval rights who did not submit it, so nobody confirms their own money. They choose the account the money landed in. The owner can confirm anything.
What is the float lock?
If a rider holds delivery cash longer than your limit (3 days by default), they get no new dispatches until it is settled. The owner can lift the lock for 24 hours.
When does an order become Remitted?
When the cash for it has reached your account. Rekon settles a rider’s orders oldest first as their remittances are confirmed.
